Pamela produces sexy dancing routine
Pamela Anderson helped Dancing with the Stars make a sexy return to US screens last week, with a daring routine that saw her rip the shirt off her dance partner.
The former Baywatch star won particular praise from judge Bruno Tonioli for her red-hot cha-cha with Damian Whitewood.
Anderson, however, appears to have some strong opposition for this year’s show, with Pussycat Doll frontwoman Nicole Scherzinger looking to be an early favourite.
Scherzinger, who was watched in the audience by her motor racing boyfriend Lewis Hamilton, earned the highest score during Monday’s premiere, scoring 25 points out of 30, for a Viennese waltz that Tonioli called “a performance of sparkling finesse.”.
Scherzinger and Anderson are among 11 celebrity contestants vying for the mirrorball trophy on the 10th season of the popular dance show. Astronaut Buzz Aldrin had the dubious honour of scoring the night’s lowest score, collecting 14 points out of 30 for his cha-cha, with Tonioli summing up his routine by saying: “It looked like you still had your moon boots on.”
Also competing this season are Olympic figure skater Evan Lysacek, actors Shannen Doherty, Aiden Turner and Niecy Nash, sportscaster Erin Andrews, football star Chad Ochocinco and reality stars Jake Pavelka and Kate Gosselin.
