Pamela moves on with divorce

Pamela Anderson has moved forward with her divorce from Rick Salomon. Anderson filed for divorce on December 14 and only days later said she and her husband of two months were “working things out.”

On December 28 her lawyer filed papers, which Los Angeles attorney Lynn Soodik says is a sign that the divorce is moving forward. “I would think this means the divorce is going ahead,” said Soodik, who is not involved in the case. “But this filing is just a procedural thing.”

Anderson recently admitted to PEOPLE that they were having problems saying, “What can you do? We’re all human. We’re all trying.” This is the third marriage for Anderson and Salomon. They were married in a quick ceremony on October 6. At the time she said, “I’m the happiest I’ve ever been. We’re good for each other. We’re in every night – having sex!”
