Denise Richards and Pamela Anderson have reached a confidential settlement of all claims stemming from a lawsuit filed in March, in which two men alleged they were assaulted.
Papers filed in L.A. Superior Court on July 26 cite that the two plaintiffs, SCOTT COSMAN and RIK FEDYCK, have reached a "full and complete confidential settlement of all claims" involving the actresses.
The original lawsuit, filed in March of this year, stems from a November 2006 incident in which the two photographers claim that Richards flew into a violent rage on the set of the Canadian movie, 'Blonde and Blonder,' when she spotted the two men snapping photos. That lawsuit alleged that Richards "launched into a verbal tirade and a physical assault" upon the two men, and that she then "snatched their laptop computers from their hands, and threw them over the [hotel] balcony," one of which allegedly struck "an elderly woman in a wheelchair."
The lawsuit also claimed that Richards and Anderson then falsely told Canadian police that the two men had made violent threats against Richards.
